An Annual Satisfaction Survey-2019 Conducted by .GE ccTLD Registry

Caucasus Online, as .GE ccTLD Registry conducts survey about the reform carried out on April 16th, 2018.

The survey that will be conducted annually, consists of two major directions:

1. Registrar needs, satisfaction/dissatisfaction survey;

2. Survey of registrants’ satisfaction with registrars services.

Both, registrars and registrants will be inquired with the special questionnaires. The purpose of the survey is to conduct a comprehensive analysis to improve services, to strengthen competition and better protect customer interests.
