According to the .GE domain administration and registration rules, certain domain names are reserved, and can only be registered on the administrator’s specially defined conditions.
Reserved domain names are:
- The names of counties reserved for the consulate or embassy of the corresponding countries.
- Names identical and similar to all Georgian cities and administrative units are reserved for the corresponding authorized local government or authorized entities.
- All domain names comprised of digits, and similar or identical to a telephone code, are reserved for the owners of the corresponding telephone codes.
