Nic.ge and LLC Insights Implemented a Digital Transformation Project

Within the framework of the partnership between LLC Caucasus Online, the administrator of the .GE ccTLD, and LLC Insights, a digital transformation project was successfully completed. The project aimed to strengthen the digital infrastructure and analytical capabilities of www.nic.ge, the registration website of the .GE ccTLD.

As part of the collaboration, analytical tools and tracking systems were integrated into the www.nic.ge website. This step enabled the .GE zone administrator to thoroughly analyze user behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of the website and other key performance indicators. Additionally, the project included the consolidation of multiple data sources into a unified data warehouse, upon which an automated reporting module was built.

The joint project of the .GE zone administrator and Insights made it possible to make well-informed decisions aligned with the company’s objectives, based on tailored analytical data, to support the development of the .GE domain.
