As the Registry of the .GE zone, “Caucasus Online” has introduced DNSSEC technology to enhance the security of the domain infrastructure. This service allows users to protect domain names registered in the .GE zone with an additional layer of security.

DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security Extensions) is a technology that ensures the authenticity and integrity of data within the domain name system and reduces the risk of cyberattacks. Its implementation is particularly important for organizations whose operations are linked to digital infrastructure and the security of user data.

To raise awareness about the importance and practical implementation of DNSSEC, “Caucasus Online” will hold a special informational meeting. Representatives from government agencies, banks, the e-commerce sector, and companies managing critical digital assets will be invited to attend.

As part of the event, the administrator of the .GE zone will present DNSSEC technology, answer participants’ questions, and provide qualified recommendations to interested organizations regarding the implementation of this new security mechanism.
