.GE CCTLD REGISTRY IS A FULL MEMBER OF THE CENTR

On October 10, 2018 CENTR (Council of European National Top-Level Domain Registries) held its 60th General Assembly in Brussels, Belgium where Caucasus Online as .GE ccTLD registry became full member of the organization.

CENTR is a council of European ccTLD registries and its aim is to promote and participate in the development of high standards and best practices for ccTLD registries.

The full membership of the CENTR is an important step forward with respect to the successful implementation of the .GE ccTLD reform. .GE ccTLD Registration and Administration rules will gradually be fully in compliance with European standards and regulations.

Partnership with the CENTR envisages close collaboration with the European ccTLD registries on the following issues: administrative, legal, regulatory, technical, marketing, security, research and development.
